Position Overview
Join Jumeirah Beach Hotel as Head Chef for Kitchen Connection, the signature all-day dining restaurant. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced culinary professional to drive innovation, maintain premium standards, and deliver exceptional dining experiences.
What You'll Do

• Lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure consistent delivery of world-class culinary standards while maintaining a motivated, high-performing team culture.
• Develop seasonal and creative menus aligned with the restaurant concept and guest preferences, keeping up with culinary trends.
• Control kitchen costs through efficient resource management, accurate recipe documentation, and adherence to budgets.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations, implementing HACCP standards and maintaining equipment.
• Collaborate with senior chefs on reporting, scheduling, and operational planning, including food promotions and special events.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing training and development plans to enhance team skills.

Ideal Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Head Chef or in a senior culinary leadership role within a luxury 5-star hotel or high-volume fine dining environment.
• Culinary degree or equivalent qualification.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with proven ability to manage costs and maintain high quality standards.
• Excellent knowledge of HACCP and food safety compliance.
• Innovative mindset with experience creating menus for diverse markets.
