Key Capital Properties is seeking an experienced and driven
Sales Manager
to lead our sales team and drive property sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, team leadership, and closing high-value deals. This role is critical in developing sales strategies, mentoring agents, and ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
Develop and execute sales strategies for residential and investment properties
Monitor sales performance, pipeline activity, and conversion metrics
Train, coach, and mentor sales agents to improve closing rates
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors, and partners
Collaborate with marketing to support lead generation and property promotions
Conduct sales meetings, performance reviews, and forecasting
Ensure excellent client experience from initial inquiry through closing
Stay informed on real estate market trends and competitor activity
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales role (real estate preferred)
Strong understanding of property sales, negotiations, and closing processes
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyse sales data and drive performance improvements
Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
Real estate license is a plus (or willingness to obtain one)
