Planning & Task Allocation: Plan coverage for real-time, scheduled, and ad-hoc reporting; assign sources/platforms/languages; manage TAT based on urgency, data volume, and complexity.
Standards & Template Compliance: Enforce consistent methodology and ensure all outputs follow approved templates and documentation rules.
Quality Review & Monitoring Approval: monitoring drafts for accuracy, clarity, defensible conclusions, and evidence quality; approve monitoring outputs only.
Cross-Team Coordination: Align monitoring priorities with sections needs; provide source tracing, context, and monitoring evidence packs as required.
Monitoring outputs & Query: Maintain and manage the Monitoring Search Queries Library (queries, filters, keywords, and source lists), with version control and periodic optimization.
Risk Escalation & Team Compliance: Detect and escalate sensitive/high-risk issues with a structured brief and response options; coach analysts and enforce privacy, information security, and need-to-know channels.
Requirements:
7 8 years in media monitoring/media intelligence/digital analysis/social listening.
Strong hands-on experience with media monitoring & analytics platforms and dashboards (e.g., Talkwalker, Meltwater, Sprinklr, Brandwatch, BuzzSumo, Hootsuite, GA4, Similarweb, SEMrush).
