Experience of the GCSE curriculum is essential, while experience of the IB English Language/Literature course is desirable. Experience of teaching IB Theory of Knowledge (ToK) will be an added advantage; please specify this on your application. As an experienced teacher, the post holder must have a track record in fostering a caring and supportive atmosphere and be a passionate educator dedicated to the well-being, social and academic progress of each pupil.
