. The ideal candidate will prepare and serve a variety of teas while maintaining quality, hygiene, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve different types of teas including Karak, milk tea, black tea, green tea, herbal, and iced teas.
Maintain consistent taste, quality, and presentation.
Greet and serve customers politely and promptly.
Keep the preparation area, utensils, and equipment clean and hygienic.
Ensure tea ingredients (milk, sugar, tea leaves, spices) are available and properly stored.
Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
Report low stock and equipment issues to the supervisor.
Assist the team in other cafe/restaurant tasks when needed.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Tea Maker in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of Karak tea and traditional tea recipes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Strong attention to hygiene and cleanliness.
