Job Description

A well established cafeteria based in Ajman is looking for a tea maker/juice maker/Paratha & burger maker. The ideal candidate must 4 to 5 years of UAE experience in the relevant field.

Candidates with own visa are preferred

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of teas, including traditional kadak chai, and fresh fruit juices

Maintain consistency in flavor, quality, and presentation of beverages

Ensure cleanliness and organization of the beverage preparation area

Prepare ingredients for juice and tea preparation, including cutting fruit, brewing tea, and managing inventory

Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and serving beverages promptly

Follow health and safety standards for food and beverage preparation

Assist in other kitchen duties as needed

Requirements:

Proven experience in making tea (kadak Chai, coffee, etc.) and fresh juices and burger.

Knowledge of different tea brewing methods and juice preparation

Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Preference for candidates with South Indiaaan culinary background or experience

Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
