Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve tea and other hot beverages according to standard recipes.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the tea station, utensils, and equipment.
Serve beverages promptly during peak hours.
Monitor stock levels of tea ingredients and report shortages when required.
Minimize wastage and follow portion control standards.
Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Tea Maker or in a similar role is preferred.
Knowledge of basic tea preparation and beverage handling.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good hygiene and cleanliness standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in cafeterias, tea shops, restaurants, or hospitality environments.
Basic food safety or hygiene certification is an advantage.
