Job Description
A leading IT Company is looking for Task followup and reporting coordinator
Male staff preferred
Any bachelor / Master degree
Excellent communication and presentation skill
Languages mandatory - English, Hindi & Malayalam
Key Responsibilities:
Task Tracking & Assignment
Maintain a central record of all tasks assigned to staff (via task tracker, project management tool, or manual log). Ensure clarity of task ownership, deadlines, and priorities.Follow-up & Monitoring
Regularly check with staff on task progress and identify delays or obstacles. Remind staff of upcoming deadlines and escalate overdue tasks to management if needed. Support staff in clarifying requirements to complete tasks effectively.Reporting
Prepare daily/weekly task status reports (completed, pending, overdue, in-progress). Highlight key achievements, challenges, and areas needing management intervention. Present updates in meetings or through written reports.Coordination
Act as a bridge between management and staff regarding task progress. Ensure communication is clear, timely, and documented.Process Improvement
Suggest ways to streamline follow-up and reporting. Support implementation of digital tools (e.g., Excel, Trello, Asana, ERP systems).Skills Required:
Strong organizational and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. Basic reporting and documentation skills (Excel/Word). Proactive approach in monitoring deadlines.
