We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized
TARS Specialist
to support our CRM and Operations departments. This role involves managing traffic-related accounts (TARS, Salik, DARB), overseeing contract processes, ensuring compliance, and generating analytical reports to support operational efficiency.
through the relevant portals (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, etc.).
Register Salik tags
for each new vehicle and ensure integration into the company Salik account.
Delete sold vehicles
from TARS, Salik, and DARB platforms promptly.
Draft and submit
dispute letters
for any erroneous or unjustified fines received via TARS or other platforms.
Contract Management:
Approve and verify all customer documents
before contract creation.
Finalize contracts
for all sales staff ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Re-check all finalized contracts
by internal staff and from Abu Dhabi office for accuracy.
Modify contracts when required, especially in cases involving
legal proceedings or additional terms.
Financial & Operational Support:
Compute and summarize
other charges
such as:
Damages
Toll fees
Traffic fines
Rental balances
Ensure that all additional charges are documented and reflected accurately in the system.
CRM & Reporting:
Generate
analytical KPI reports
for the CRM department on a weekly and monthly basis.
Track key performance indicators related to customer service, contract processing, and operational delays.
Collaborate with CRM and Fleet teams to improve workflow and reporting accuracy.
Team Coordination:
Create and manage a
work schedule for the CRM team
, ensuring coverage across shifts and workload balance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
