We are seeking a responsible, well-organized, and experienced individual to join our team as a

Rent a Car & Limousine In-Charge

.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of both the rent-a-car and limousine divisions. You will ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction, fleet readiness, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the rent-a-car and limousine services. Manage customer bookings, coordinate rental and limousine schedules, and ensure timely vehicle delivery and pickup. Supervise vehicle maintenance, cleanliness, registration, insurance, and readiness of the entire fleet. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner. Monitor and guide drivers and operations staff to maintain service excellence and compliance with company policies. Optimize vehicle utilization and manage fleet rotation to maximize efficiency and reduce idle time. Maintain accurate records of rentals, returns, damages, and customer feedback. Prepare regular reports on fleet performance, customer satisfaction, and operational challenges.

Requirements:

Proven experience in managing

rent-a-car,

limousine & chauffeur services

. Familiarity with ride-hailing services (e.g., Uber, Careem) and experience in coordinating freelance or app-based drivers is an advantage. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance schedules, safety standards, and legal documentation requirements. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and resolve issues promptly.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
