Knowledge of using tools proper, power washers, vacuum pumps, and other necessary equipment. Drain, scrub, and remove sediment, algae, and bacteria buildup from tanks. Flush and sanitize tanks using approved cleaning chemicals and disinfectants. Check tanks for leaks, rust, and damage. Advise property owners on proper water tank hygiene and maintenance.
