: Pest Control Technician cum Water Tank Cleaner (1 Year Experience)

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Pest Control Technician cum Water Tank Cleaner with at least 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing pest control treatments, inspections, and preventive services, as well as cleaning and maintaining various types of water storage tanks. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and adherence to safety guidelines.

Key ResponsibilitiesPest Control Services

Perform pest control treatments for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. Identify pest issues and recommend suitable control measures. Safely handle and apply pesticides, chemicals, and equipment. Conduct regular inspections to detect pest activity or potential entry points. Maintain service records, treatment reports, and chemical usage logs. Provide guidance to customers on preventive measures and follow-up services.

Water Tank Cleaning Services

Perform cleaning, disinfection, and maintenance of overhead and underground water tanks. Use appropriate tools and equipment such as high-pressure machines, suction pumps, and cleaning agents. Inspect tanks for cracks, leakage, contamination, or structural issues. Follow safety protocols such as confined-space entry, PPE use, and hygiene standards. Document cleaning procedures and report tank conditions to clients.

Key Qualifications

Minimum

1 year of experience

in pest control, water tank cleaning, or related field. Knowledge of common pests, pest management techniques, and safe chemical usage. Familiarity with water tank types such as PVC, RCC, and stainless steel. Ability to operate tools and machines used for tank cleaning and pest control. Basic understanding of water flow systems, plumbing connections, and disinfection methods. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Physically capable of working in confined spaces, climbing heights, and lifting equipment. Good communication and customer service skills. Willingness to work flexible hours based on customer requirements.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

Valid pest control certification/license (if required by local regulations). Experience with both residential and commercial service environments. Knowledge of safety standards and chemical handling procedures.
