Key Requirements:
Prepare and cook a wide range of tandoori dishes including kebabs, naan, and other traditional specialties.
Operate and maintain tandoor ovens and related kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Ensure proper marination and seasoning techniques are followed to maintain authentic flavors.
Monitor food quality and presentation to meet restaurant standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and tandoor area.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
Comply with all food safety, health, and sanitation regulations.
Asian nationality preferred due to cuisine expertise.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
Minimum
5 years of experience
as a Tandoor Cook in a restaurant or hotel kitchen, preferably in the GCC region.
Strong knowledge of tandoori cooking techniques and spices.
Ability to manage a tandoor oven efficiently and safely.
Good time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Basic communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
Team player with a professional work ethic.
