Tandoor - bread maker / Grill BBQ
We are looking for a talented and experienced Iranian Chef to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must be skilled in preparing authentic Persian cuisine, including kebabs, stews, rice dishes, and appetizers.
Responsibilities:
Making Irani bread ( rooti )
able to grill kababs and working with BBQ
Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
Supervise kitchen assistants as needed.
Ensure consistency in taste and presentation as per company menu profile.
Collaborate with the other team member for smooth kitchen process .
Requirements:
Minimum 1 years of experience in bread making
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
Familiarity with kitchen hygiene and food handling.
Team player with a passion for food.
