with their own team, specializing in personal finance sales, to join our leadership ranks.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and manage your existing sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Drive business development initiatives in personal finance products such as personal loans, credit cards, and other retail banking solutions. Ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank guidelines and company policies. Develop strategies to expand the client base and strengthen customer relationships. Monitor team performance and provide training, guidance, and support.

Requirements:

Proven track record in

personal finance sales

in the UAE. Must have an existing team with prior experience in UAE personal finance sales. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent results.
