The Talent Management Specialist (L&D) is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing learning and development programs that enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities, and career growth. This role ensures the organization fosters a culture of continuous learning and talent development aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement L&D strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Design training programs for technical, soft skills, and leadership development.
Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions.
Coordinate external training providers and manage vendor relationships.
Partner with department heads to identify skill gaps.
Use data and feedback to prioritize learning initiatives.
Support career pathing and internal mobility programs.
Facilitate talent reviews and readiness assessments for key roles.
Manage Learning Management System (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
Explore innovative learning solutions (microlearning, gamification, etc.).
Measure training effectiveness and ROI using KPIs and analytics.
Prepare reports on learning impact and employee development progress.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
1-3 years of experience in L&D, Talent Management, Organizational Development or related HR role
Strong knowledge of learning principles and instructional design.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and project management skills.
