Graduate Talent Management Specialist - AECOM - Dubai, UAE
Position Overview
Graduate Talent Management Specialist supports training, learning and development, and graduate programs across AECOM UAE, acting as a central point of contact to deliver effective talent management services that support Emiratization initiatives and long-term leadership development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and arrange training programs to meet identified learning and development needs
  • Manage training invitations, track responses, and monitor attendance levels
  • Organize training logistics including venues, travel, and accommodation arrangements
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external training providers to ensure smooth program delivery
  • Maintain and update training databases with accurate participation and completion records
  • Prepare and distribute training materials and learning resources
  • Administer post-training evaluations, compile feedback, and prepare summary reports
  • Respond to training-related queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Prepare and issue training and graduate program certificates
  • Review study leave and education assistance requests and prepare approval documentation
  • Attend training sessions and meetings to provide on-site coordination support
  • Provide administrative support for Graduate Development Programs and performance management activities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for graduate-related queries and ensure a positive experience
  • Support Talent Management requirements for Emiratization-related initiatives
  • Record meeting minutes and maintain accurate documentation of actions and decisions
  • Assist with research on training content and learning pathways
  • Perform additional administrative and coordination tasks as required
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • Up to 1 year of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, or Learning and Development
  • Fresh graduates with relevant internships or academic projects are encouraged to apply
  • Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills
  • High attention to detail with clear written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively within teams and independently when required
