We're looking for a Talent Director to own candidate profiling, evaluation, and shortlisting across our growing CX, design, AI, and delivery practices.


This is a remote, leadership role for someone senior enough to independently judge who is suitable for client-facing delivery roles. The mandate is clear: protect delivery quality by ensuring only the right candidates reach internal stakeholders and clients. This role is not operational recruitment. It is a decision-making role that requires strong judgment, deep understanding of digital, CX, and delivery disciplines, and the confidence to say no.

What You'll Do

Own end-to-end candidate profiling and shortlisting for all senior and mid-level roles Define role criteria and seniority benchmarks in collaboration with internal stakeholders Screen CVs, portfolios, and profiles with a delivery and client-readiness lens Conduct structured interviews to assess capability, maturity, and real-world experience Evaluate candidates across CX, UX, Service Design, AI, Project or Delivery Management Distinguish clearly between theoretical knowledge and proven delivery experience Act as the quality gate before candidates are presented internally or to clients Prepare concise, decision-ready candidate summaries with clear rationale Push back on unrealistic role expectations or unsuitable profiles Work independently and remotely with full accountability for shortlist quality

You're Our Match If You Have

7+ years of experience in talent leadership, recruitment, consulting, or delivery roles Strong exposure to CX, UX, Service Design, Digital Delivery, and AI-enabled services Proven ability to assess seniority, not just skills listed on a CV Experience hiring for or working within agencies, consultancies, or digital product teams High confidence in rejecting unsuitable candidates without escalation Clear judgment, structured thinking, and strong communication skills * Comfort operating autonomously in a remote, part-time setup
