Job Profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in talent development, L&D, or HR.
Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and training methodologies.
Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and digital training tools.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
