Responsibilities






Design and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills. Conduct training needs assessments and identify skill gaps across departments. Collaborate with department heads to align development plans with business goals. Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics. Facilitate workshops, seminars, and onboarding sessions for new and existing staff. Manage learning platforms and maintain updated training materials and resources. Track employee progress and career growth through performance evaluations and development plans. Stay current with industry trends and incorporate best practices into training strategies. Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.

Job Profile






Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in talent development, L&D, or HR. Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and training methodologies. Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and digital training tools. Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
