Job responsibilities: . Partner with the business and ensure all learning activities are executed & aligned to business goals. . Induction & Career Development program (SMD, PSDP & Ertiqaa) . Drive Succession Planning at the regions to Identify Groom talent to have a succession Bench strength and Drive Nationalization Agenda. . Focus and deliver Learning execution in stores by working closely with store managers and ISTs network in stores. . Measure learning effectiveness and provide ongoing feedback to Regional Leadership team, COE function & concepts for relevant programs. . Identify and analyze learning needs using TNA and development center tools. . Plan store visits in appropriate time slots for observation and Action. . Ensure feasibility, ease, and accuracy of materials designed and implemented. . Set indicators to measure training effectiveness and performance uplifting of participants. . Delivering soft skills and Drive training programs. . Keep track of all training assessments and prepare an analysis report. Schedule: Full-time Shift: Day Job Travel:
