You will work closely with the Director of People & Culture to create and implement effective talent attraction strategies and practices, policies and procedures to support the sourcing, attracting, screening and hiring of the best talent for the roles across all departments and business units.
You will also be responsible for contributing, driving and improving efficiency in the recruitment process in line with company’s goals and objectives.

You will be an integral part of the processes and activities that aim to create and promote the Dorchester Collection culture and values bringing the Company Philosophy “We Care” to life to ensure our employees receive nothing but the best experience.
You will provide advice and guidance to the hiring managers to support them with the company selection tools and interviewing techniques, as well as coordinate discussions to plan in anticipation of future hiring needs to develop an effective talent attraction strategy and tactics in line with the company guidelines ensuring the appropriate talent pipeline is in place at all times.
It will be a critical part of your role to explore the market for best practices in the field of recruitment and job advertising, enabling you to create and suggest new ways of sourcing the very best talent for our Dubai properties.

You’ll bring your unique personality and passion to the role and the team.
You have a talent for finding for the right candidates and be creative in ways to approach the recruitment and sourcing and be in similar role for at least 2 years.
You are skilled in competency based interviewing and able to build strong and lasting relationships with the key stakeholders.
Your ability to demonstrate effective problem solving skills and analyze a situation and trends will be key in developing and application appropriate strategies and tactics.
With excellent ability to multi-task and superb time-management skills, you will be great in planning, organising and implementing various initiatives and events.
You are adaptable to the ideas of different cultures, settings and situations.
As a detail orientated and hands on Team Player with strong interpersonal skills, you will thrive on mentoring team members to achieve better results and celebrate success within the team.
Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have great communication skills with a strong customer service and business ethic.
English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language.
You will have a relevant professional certification or hotel school diploma and bring wealth of past experience working in similar capacity for luxury hotels or industry. Your previous experience in the Middle East will be a competitive advantage.
