Managing the process through the interview to offer stage and beyond.
Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates.
Organising interviews and selection events.
Reaching out to passive candidates through networking, head hunting and cold calling.
Screening candidates and drawing up shortlist of candidate.
Head hunting by benchmarking candidates across the competition and poach employees with right experience.
Maintain organized databases with candidates\xe2\x80\x99 data.
Helping applicants to prepare for interviews.
preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to the management regarding suitable applicants.
Research and recommend new sourcing tools and techniques.
Advertise open positions to external networks.
Updating candidates on rejections and job offers.
