As a Talent Acquistion Supervsior, we rely on you to
To manage and maintain headcounts, ensuring that they are in line with agreed departmental headcount budgets
Advertising vacancies on Talent Management System and other platforms.
Conduct HR interviews with all candidates
To source candidates through multiple channels.
Ensure all company internal recruitment tools are utilized to the fullest extent.
Ensuring contracts are sent to all selected candidates and effectively coordinated for receiving the documents.
Analysing Head count repots, making presentations.
Analytsing exit interviews and giving feedbacks to department heads. Must be a Bachelors Degree Holder.
Must have 2 years of experience in Recruitments.
Strong MS Office Skills, ability to work on presentations and excel
Strong English communication skills.
