Talent Acquisition Supervisor

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Supervisor to join our Human Resources team. The successful applicant will be responsible for performing all aspects of recruitment and staffing for the company. The Talent Acquisition Supervisor must be prepared to work independently and be proactive, identifying future talent on a continual basis.

What will you do?
  • Interview potential candidates.
  • Prepares Offer letters.
  • Reference Check for identified candidates to be hired.
  • Follows up required documents with candidates and submit to the Visa Manager or Visa Officer for visa process.
  • Air ticket arrangements
  • Administration of Talent Management System Website (TMS) and other recruitment job portals (if applicable) used to ensure all positions are open and closed in a timely manner as well as updating the information posted in the website as needed.
  • Maintains data base for Hold CVs
  • Send regret letter to candidates for unsuccessful application received through TMS or direct applications.
  • Act as an ambassador for the Shangri-La culture and philosophy.
  • Think globally and identify applicants based on cultural fit.
  • Be knowledgeable of local immigration regulations and hire within the guidelines.
  • Promote global opportunities to prospective applicants and drive on-line website for Shangri-La career opportunities
  • Utilize recruitment technology tools (e.g. Talent Management System, Intranet and Social Media Networking) to source and hire talents
  • Proactively promote colleague referral program
  • Regularly update the hiring managers on the recruitment status of the positions and provide objective opinions for them to make recruitment decisions
  • Provide high quality candidate experience in accordance with the company core values and keep candidates updated regarding their application statuses.
  • Organize employee files of new hires to be ready for payroll and filing.
  • Regularly updates staff notice board for recruitment updates
  • Maintains confidentiality of specified information, as needed, and instructed.
  • Assists in maintaining an effective internal communication Performs such other functions as may be delegated by management from time to time.
