Talent Acquisition Specialist (UAE Contracting/Mandatory)

Salary Range: AED 6,000 - AED 7,000 per month
Eligibility: Candidates must be currently residing in the UAE.
Experience: Prior UAE experience within the contracting/construction industry is mandatory.
About the Role:
We are a dynamic organization within the UAE's robust contracting sector, seeking an experienced and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in sourcing, attracting, and hiring skilled talent to support our ongoing projects and company growth. Your deep understanding of the local contracting market and labor landscape will be key to success.
Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements for various roles (site engineers, foremen, project managers, quantity surveyors, technical office staff, skilled laborers, etc.).
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline, utilizing job portals, social media (LinkedIn), referrals, and networking within the UAE construction community.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews (phone/video), and assess candidates for technical skills, cultural fit, and industry-specific experience.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain a strong database of candidates for current and future requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated on UAE labor laws, visa processes, and market salary trends within the contracting industry.

Mandatory Requirements & Qualifications:

• Current Location: Must be already residing in the UAE and available for an in-person interview.
• Industry Experience: Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter within the UAE contracting/construction industry is essential.
• Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the UAE job market, specifically for technical and blue-collar roles in construction.
• Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a strong advantage.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
