Talent Acquisition Specialist / Sourcing
Location:Cairo &Abu Dhabi
Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Facilitates internal and external hiring promotions
- Adheres to hiring policies
- Closely communicates with management to determine criteria required.
- Source and screening resumes
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in direct talent sourcing and recruitment agency.
- Exceptional networking and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills & time management.
- Strong interpersonal skills #LI-KS1
- Preferred with ATS usage experience.
- Working knowledge of hiring methodologies and candidate evaluation
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
