Source and attract candidates using LinkedIn, social media, networking events, and headhunting.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for roles such as Property Consultants
Maintain and update candidate tracking systems on CRM
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and visa requirements during the hiring process.
Requirements
Strong understanding of the UAE labor market and real estate job roles.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
