We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with hands-on experience in the real estate development industry. The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, source top talent, and ensure an excellent candidate experience while supporting the organization's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to the real estate development sector.
Source, attract, and engage candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand roles, skill requirements, and team dynamics.
Manage the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with accurate candidate information and recruitment metrics.
Build and promote a strong employer brand to attract top talent in the real estate development industry.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably within real estate development companies.
Proven experience in hiring for sales and back-office roles.
Expertise in recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Recruiter Lite, Indeed, Naukri Gulf, and other relevant portals.
Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, hiring trends, and candidate engagement techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring needs and priorities simultaneously.
