Job Duites
Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
Conduct initial interviews and assessments to shortlist qualified candidates.
Coordinate interviews, offers, and smooth onboarding with HR.
Maintain recruitment reports, candidate databases, and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
Coordinate the full hiring process
including interview scheduling, feedback collection,, salary negotiations.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of
5 years of recruitment experience in the UAE
Mass hiring experience is a must
, preferably in real estate, retail, or customer-facing industries.
Strong knowledge of local hiring trends, job market, and UAE labor laws.
Proficiency in using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and major job portals.
Excellent communication, leadership, and time-management skills.
Fluency in English is required.
