Talent Acquisition Specialist European & Arabic Speaker
Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Officer to join our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the organization attracts and hires the best talent in alignment with our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and selecting candidates.
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies (e.g., social media, job boards, networking, and employee referrals).
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with Hr coordinator.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment reports and databases.
Stay updated on market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
Requirements:
Proven experience (2+ years) in talent acquisition, recruitment, or similar HR roles.
Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and employment laws.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
