Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are a diversified Group of Companies seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment across multiple business units. This role requires strong coordination, in-dustry awareness, and the ability to manage high-volume and specialized technical hiring.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering, technical, and corporate roles across the group
Partner with Corporate H.R Manager and Department/Business divisional managers to understand work force needs
Source candidates using job portals, Linkedin, headhunting, referrals, and industry networks
Screen, and shortlist candidates for technical and non-technical positions
Coordinate interviews and selection processes across multiple departments
Support bulk hiring for projects and urgent manpower requirements
Prepare job offers and support onboarding activities
Maintain recruitment data, reports, and talent pipelines
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Support employer branding initiatives across the group
Qualifications & Requirements
Master / bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
3-6 year's experience in talent acquisition, preferably in engineering, construction, or industrial sectors
