Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle to attract, select, and onboard top talent. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, results-driven professional with a strong network and a deep understanding of recruitment best practices and UAE labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Sourcing:

  • Source and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, and employee referral programs.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Recruitment Cycle Management:
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: from job requisition and posting to screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.
  • Conduct initial resume screenings and phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews efficiently between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Collect and consolidate interview feedback to facilitate informed hiring decisions.
Coordination & Administration:
  • Prepare and issue offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Ensure timely completion of all pre-employment and hiring formalities (documents, approvals, system updates).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment trackers, databases, and reports for management review.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and UAE labor laws.
Employer Branding & Collaboration:
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, including participation in job fairs, campus drives, and social media campaigns.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or end-to-end recruitment.
  • Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or retail industries is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrable experience with HRMS (Human Resource Management System) or ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools.
Skills & Competencies:
  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple open positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive & Results-Oriented: A self-starter with a proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and deadlines.
  • Tech-Savvy: High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Legal & Ethical Compliance: Working knowledge of UAE labor law and fair recruitment practices.
