Business Administration or Human Resources Management or equivalent, preferably Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
:
- Work on financial studies, employment plan, and prepare the annual budget for the department's operations
- Work to implement the recruitment plan and fill the positions for which recruitment is required.
- Developing programs and providing opportunities in cooperation with educational institutions for new graduates.
- Analyze, plan, develop, and implement all talent attraction processes, systems, and programs.
- Supporting sustainability by implementing projects and initiatives to automate processes and procedures.
- Familiarity with the human resources system of the Government Empowerment Department.
