Avenir is Hiring - Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: HQ - Salam Street, Abu Dhabi
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
Department: HR - Admin & Operational
Avenir is seeking a passionate and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join and strengthen our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment for both blue- and white-collar roles within the Oil & Gas sector and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written)
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition within the Oil & Gas sector
- Strong experience recruiting both blue- and white-collar positions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred
