Job Description

\xc2\xb7 Provide expertise and manage the recruitment strategy, talent forecasting, sourcing, assessments, and selection, aiding to ensure right talents are hired on right positions.

\xc2\xb7 Provide thought leadership and strategic advice in all areas of talent sourcing and acquisition.

\xc2\xb7 Monitor and manage the establishment and modification of the recruitment annual plan, while ensuring the annual plan is aligned with workforce demand, allocated workforce budgets and overall HRA guidelines / requirements.

\xc2\xb7 Direct the units to foster effective engagements with other departments to identify recruitment needs and workforce demand, which includes managing and overseeing the freelancers who are hired direct for their services.

\xc2\xb7 Monitor and direct designing and implementing the right talent acquisition policies, procedures, processes, tools, and systems to be deployed to improve the timeliness and effectiveness of attracting, sourcing and onboarding the right talent in alignment with evolving priorities and changing business environments.

\xc2\xb7 Manage and lead the development and implementation of the Emiratization strategy and program, in collaboration with the other People & Performance Section Heads, to attract, develop and retain the right Emirati talent in line with business needs and priorities.

\xc2\xb7 Provide forecasting periodically on all recruitment needs and ensure it is in line with the set plan.

\xc2\xb7 Represent Company Shared Services at job fairs and recruitment events.

\xc2\xb7 Provide direction to implement leading practices and recruiting initiatives to strengthen and enhance interviewing techniques and candidate experience.

\xc2\xb7 Direct the units to work with Rewards Section to identify salary levels and negotiate compensation with candidates where necessary.

\xc2\xb7 Review and approve job offers for successful candidates, in line with compensation and benefits grading structure and in liaison with relevant People & Performance sections.

\xc2\xb7 Oversee and monitor recruitment service quality in liaison with business units and ensure identifying areas of improvement.

\xc2\xb7 Manage developing periodical recruitment progress reports (including number of hires versus the actual plan) and ensure it is in line with the set recruitment plan.

Requirements

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent

\xc2\xb7 Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent is preferred.

\xc2\xb7 Certifications in Human Resources are preferred.

\xc2\xb7 8 years of experience in Human Resource of which at least 2 years should be at a managerial level

\xc2\xb7 Language: full professional English and Arabic (speaking, reading and writing)

\xc2\xb7 Skilled in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)

\xc2\xb7 High level of competency in relevant software applications

\xc2\xb7 Self-motivated with a proven ability to complete work in a timely manner

\xc2\xb7 Ability to quickly integrate with existing business software tools and knowledge of other relevant industry software

\xc2\xb7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills - including appropriate stakeholder alignment

\xc2\xb7 Evidence of managing large and diverse workforce demand projects
