Job Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple positions Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers Maintain and update candidate databases Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per business requirements Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in a similar recruitment or talent acquisition role Good understanding of UAE labor market and hiring practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
