A well established multinational company is looking forward to hire a talent acquisition partner with at least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition. Someone responsible for Developing and implementing recruitment strategies in partnership with the Human Resources Business Partners, Senior Business Leaders and Hiring Managers to identify and fill vacancies with talented individuals with the right capability and skills in a timely and cost efficient manner. Will involve proactive activity anticipating talent needs, developing and executing sourcing plans, screening, interviewing, pre-selecting, offer management and managing the hiring administration process.

A Multinational Experience is a MUST
Progressive recruiting experience particularly in attracting, sourcing and interviewing candidates.
Managing relationships with universities & career services desks, experience with campus activation
Successful track record of sourcing and attracting the right talent.
Ability to develop, analysis and evaluate objectives, plans and data. Interpret and communicate progress and results
Ability to build relationships with customers (hiring managers, HR colleagues and candidates) and suppliers by partnering and consultation.
