We are currently working with a global consumer company to recruit a Talent Acquisition Manager Gulf & KSA to be based in Dubai. The Talent Acquisition Manager for Gulf & Saudi, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top-tier talent to drive the success of the organization. This role requires a strategic and results-driven professional with a deep understanding of the FMCG industry, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Strategic Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy for the Gulf and Saudi regions in alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand workforce needs and plan for future talent requirements.
Full-cycle Recruitment:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job profiling and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent in the FMCG industry.
Employer Branding:
- Build and promote the employer brand in the region to attract and retain top talent.
- Partner with marketing to create compelling recruitment content and participate in industry events.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Build strong relationships with external recruitment partners and agencies.
Data-driven Decision Making:
- Utilize data and analytics to measure and improve recruitment effectiveness.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on recruitment metrics and trends.

- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager in the FMCG industry.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and talent management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment technology and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
