We are currently working with a global consumer company to recruit a Talent Acquisition Manager Gulf & KSA to be based in Dubai. The Talent Acquisition Manager for Gulf & Saudi, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top-tier talent to drive the success of the organization. This role requires a strategic and results-driven professional with a deep understanding of the FMCG industry, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Strategic Talent Acquisition:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy for the Gulf and Saudi regions in alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand workforce needs and plan for future talent requirements.

Full-cycle Recruitment:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job profiling and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent in the FMCG industry.

Employer Branding:
  • Build and promote the employer brand in the region to attract and retain top talent.
  • Partner with marketing to create compelling recruitment content and participate in industry events.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with external recruitment partners and agencies.

Data-driven Decision Making:
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure and improve recruitment effectiveness.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on recruitment metrics and trends.

Who You Are\xe2\x80\xa6
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager in the FMCG industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and talent management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with recruitment technology and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
