We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager, based in our Millennium Hotels & Resorts Regional Office in Dubai.
If you have around 5-8 years' experience in TA, a proven track record of recruiting for all levels in a fast-moving industry, strong expertise in digital recruitment, EVP as well as experience in TA within Middle East & Africa - please read on.
This role is directly responsible for all recruitment activities, Emiratization, as well as career fairs, schools' relations and EVP. You will primarily support our owned hotels, aligned with the business growth and workforce planning needs.
We are looking for an organized individual, with a can-do attitude, proactive and results driven. A previous experience in hospitality is a definite plus, and an experience in an international company a must.
Preference will be given to candidates who are already based in the UAE and who can start on a short notice.
