Key Responsibilities:



Strategic IT Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

Develop and execute data-driven IT recruitment strategies aligned with business goals and emerging technology trends. Partner with CTOs, CIOs, and tech team leads to understand hiring needs, team structures, and future skill demands. Forecast industry shifts and proactively build a talent pipeline to meet evolving IT requirements. Leverage market intelligence, competitor benchmarking, and recruitment analytics to optimize hiring decisions.

Innovative Sourcing & Candidate Engagement



Use AI-powered recruitment tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and industry hackathons to identify top IT talent. Develop creative and targeted outreach strategies to engage passive candidates in the IT sector. Foster relationships with universities, coding boot camps, and developer communities to build a steady talent pipeline. Implement employee referral programs that incentivize internal networking and talent recommendations.

End-to-End Recruitment & Selection



Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Collaborate with technical hiring managers to design and conduct skill assessments, coding challenges, and technical interviews. Optimize hiring speed and efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards. Ensure seamless interview coordination, structured feedback loops, and bias-free selection processes.

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience



Build a powerful employer brand that attracts top IT professionals through engaging storytelling and social media campaigns. Showcase company culture through tech talks, webinars, and career fairs at top universities. Develop engaging job descriptions and career pages that speak to tech professionals' aspirations and motivations. Ensure candidates experience a smooth, transparent, and timely recruitment process that strengthens the company's reputation.

Technology-Driven Recruitment & Process Optimization



Utilize AI-driven talent analytics, automation tools, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday. Optimize recruitment workflows using data insights, predictive hiring analytics, and KPI tracking. Continuously refine processes to improve hiring efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and enhance the quality of hires. Implement Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategies to ensure fair and unbiased hiring practices.

Collaboration & Leadership



Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruitment team. Partner with HR, L&D, and workforce planning teams to drive talent retention strategies. Serve as a strategic advisor to the leadership team on IT talent acquisition trends and best practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills:



Education & Experience

:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of IT recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of hiring engineers, developers, data scientists, cloud specialists, DevOps experts, and cybersecurity professionals.

Technical Knowledge:



Strong understanding of IT roles, tech stacks, and industry trends (e.g., AI, machine learning, cloud computing, blockchain, cybersecurity). Familiarity with programming languages (Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, etc.) and development methodologies (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD). Experience with HR tech, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and automation tools.

Soft Skills:



Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and market data. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while managing multiple priorities.

Certifications (Preferred):



PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP (HR Certifications). Technical certifications (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or cybersecurity-related) to enhance understanding of IT roles.
