SCOPE OF JOB:



The Talent Acquisition Manager Hermes Middle East will play a pivotal role in designing and executing the Talent Acquisition and Emiratisation strategy, supporting the HR Director in driving all recruitment activities, internal mobility and employer branding efforts. Supporting Hermes stores, offices and warehouses, the role leads a team of Talent Acquisition professionals to focus on all talent acquisition initiatives across the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain.

RESPONSIBILITIES



TALENT ACQUISITION



Manage and execute all recruitment activities within the Middle East region, ensuring a seamless and efficient process, representative of the Hermes maison, from sourcing to onboarding. Develop strategic hiring plans in collaboration with Department Directors and hiring managers to meet current and future talent needs. Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Executive and Emiratisation Specialist, providing guidance and mentorship to support their contributions. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive recruitment success. Supporting HRD with reviews of recruitment budget Recruitment of key strategic hires at senior leadership level in partnership with HR Director.

INTERNAL MOBILITY



Promote internal mobility in line with Group policy, by ensuring that all positions are posted internally first on Hermes internal careers website. You will work closely with the Europe and wider Hermes HR network to support team members with regards to internal mobility (understand the need of open positions and fit of our internal candidates, organise interviews and feedback). Oversee internal mobility processes, facilitating seamless transitions for talent within the Middle East and internationally. Act as a liaison between employees, HR teams, and leadership to ensure smooth mobility experiences. Work closely with the HR Manager for a smooth relocation process.

EMIRATISATION



Partner closely with the Emiratisation Specialist to attract, hire, and retain UAE Nationals. Design and deliver tailored programs for Emiratisation, including the creation and management of a Graduate Program for UAE Nationals.

EMPLOYER BRANDING



Lead employer branding efforts, supported by the team, to enhance the brand's appeal as an employer of choice. Recommend ways to improve our employer branding, working closely with Hermes International team in Paris Develop and implement creative strategies to showcase the brand's culture, values, and career opportunities.

EXPERIENCE



Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the luxury retail or fashion industry. Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices. Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Understanding of Emiratisation would be an advantage. * Excellent English language skills, Arabic is beneficial.
