Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand job requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.
Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other sourcing partners.
Ensure job descriptions are fit for purpose.
Handle supervisor, manager, senior level, and corporate-level hiring in addition to FOH and BOH.
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop the Talent Acquisition team to achieve recruitment targets and ensure professional growth.
Monitor team performance, setting clear goals and KPIs.

Sourcing & Pipeline Development
Implement innovative sourcing techniques to build pipelines for key roles.
Maintain a strong network and engage in proactive talent sourcing to fill critical positions quickly.
Employer Branding
Strengthen the organization's employer brand through recruitment marketing strategies, social media engagement, and targeted outreach.
Represent the company at job fairs, campus recruitment events, and networking activities.
Data & Analytics
Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time to fill, quality of hire, sourcing effectiveness) to optimize processes and improve performance.
Generate reports and insights for senior management on recruitment trends and challenges.
Candidate Experience
Ensure positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Maintain effective communication with candidates to build lasting relationships.
Compliance & Policy Management
Ensure recruitment processes comply with local labor laws and company policies.
Develop and update recruitment policies and procedures as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
7+ years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Proven experience managing high-volume and executive recruitment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Expertise in sourcing strategies, talent pipelines, and recruitment technologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with employment laws and best practices in recruitment.Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analyzing recruitment metrics.
