? Sourcing, Posting, screening, attracting, interviewing, and selecting candidates for available positions in the organization.

? Coordination with professional recruitment agencies for Permanent and Temporary staffing

? Coordination with Overseas Recruitment agencies when it's required.

? Creation and updating of

? Job Analyzation with Hiring Managers

? Schedule interviews

? Update interview summary

? Preparation of offer letter and coordination with candidates

? Email Rejection to Non-selected candidates

? Managing Onboarding process

? Joining formalities with welcome aboard email.

? CV bank Creation for all relevant positions for Bayara

? Coordination with PR team for relevant activities

? Induction - Arranging, follow up, collection, filing etc.

? Managing the invoices

? Reports

Any Other Duties assigned by the mgt.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
