We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our People team. In this role, you will support the full recruitment lifecycle, help source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and contribute to creating a positive candidate experience. This internship is ideal for someone passionate about Talent Acquisition.

What You'll Drive

Assist with posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates based on job requirements Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers Support employer branding initiatives such as career fairs and social media content Assist with onboarding activities for new hires Perform other administrative tasks as needed

You're a Great Fit If You

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good organizational and time-management abilities Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of recruitment processes Prior internship experience in HR (a plus, not required)
