What You'll Do

• Assist in developing global talent acquisition resources including interview guides and recruiter playbooks
• Support the design and content creation for pre-onboarding materials to improve new joiner experience
• Conduct research and gather engaging, inclusive content aligned with the company's employer brand
• Collaborate with global and regional TA stakeholders for feedback and continuous improvement
• Format and edit HR communications for digital platforms, PDFs, and intranet publication
• Help maintain project timelines and trackers, ensuring timely delivery of key deliverables
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to EVP marketing and candidate experience campaigns
• Join global team calls and contribute ideas to drive impactful TA initiatives

Ideal Profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
• Excellent communication skills with a creative mindset and strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); experience with Canva or similar tools is a plus
• Proactive, collaborative, and eager to contribute to high-visibility HR projects
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
