You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and build strong pipelines of qualified candidates to support the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
Develop and post job descriptions on job boards, company website, and social media platforms.
Source candidates using databases, job boards, and networking.
Screen resumes and applications; conduct phone and video interviews.
Schedule interviews and gather feedback from hiring teams.
Maintain accurate and organized candidate data in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies.
Attend job fairs, university recruiting events, and networking meetups.
Assist in improving hiring processes and candidate experience.
Generate and analyze recruitment reports (e.g. time-to-hire, pipeline metrics).
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
1-3 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or HR (for specialist/manager roles).
Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes.
Experience with ATS tools (e.g. Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, iCIMS).
Familiarity with sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search).
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
