Job Description
Screen resumes and application forms.
Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
Follow up with candidates to attend interviews on the scheduled date, time, and venue.
Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools and methods to filter candidates within schedule.
Collaborate with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
Assist with the visa application process.
Design a creative sourcing strategy and build strong pipelines for specific roles.
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
