GEMS Education is hiring a Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for teaching and non-teaching positions. The role involves partnering with stakeholders, sourcing high-quality candidates, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience while supporting the organization's growth and reputation.

Job Details

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including posting vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and reference checks
• Partner with stakeholders to understand job requirements and design effective recruiting strategies
• Source and build strong candidate pipelines using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
• Represent GEMS at recruitment events, job fairs, and educational institutions to attract talent
• Maintain positive candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process, acting as an ambassador for GEMS values
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and UAE regulations
• Collaborate with education colleges and universities to attract teaching graduates and alumni
• Provide regular reporting and track recruitment performance metrics
• Maintain effective use of applicant tracking systems (ATS) for accurate candidate management

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in internal talent acquisition or recruitment agency roles
• Experience in the education sector preferred but not mandatory
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional networks and candidate pipelines
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
• Proficiency in ATS platforms and recruitment technology tools
• Commercial acumen with focus on delivering results and process improvement
