Job description
Talent Acquisition Coordinator will provide administrative assistance to our Talent Acquisition team and maintaining databases with candidate information. He/she will keep the hiring process smooth and ensure we recruit and retain high-performing employees.
Prepare job offer letters
Schedule onsite and phone interviews, working directly with candidates and the hiring teams to ensure a smooth process.
Organize candidates\' data (e.g. resumes, offer and contact details) in internal databases
Coordinate interviews and contact applicants, as needed.
Enter and track candidate information in the internal recruitment trackers and systems.
Overall management of the recruitment document library.
Assist in generating various recruitment reports.
Profile
Minimum of 3 years\' experience in a similar position.
Recruitment administration/operations experience
Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
Highly skilled in using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to prioritize & effectively manage multiple tasks.
Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources or a similar subject.
