Job description
Talent Acquisition Coordinator will provide administrative assistance to our Talent Acquisition team and maintaining databases with candidate information. He/she will keep the hiring process smooth and ensure we recruit and retain high-performing employees.
- Prepare job offer letters
- Schedule onsite and phone interviews, working directly with candidates and the hiring teams to ensure a smooth process.
- Organize candidates\' data (e.g. resumes, offer and contact details) in internal databases
- Coordinate interviews and contact applicants, as needed.
- Enter and track candidate information in the internal recruitment trackers and systems.
- Overall management of the recruitment document library.
- Assist in generating various recruitment reports.
- Minimum of 3 years\' experience in a similar position.
- Recruitment administration/operations experience
- Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
- Highly skilled in using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to prioritize & effectively manage multiple tasks.
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources or a similar subject.
