Talent Acquisition Coordinator- France/Morocco

Location: Casablanca HQ.

Department/ Area: Human Resources.

International Paper is hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for Morocco and France.

As Coordinator of Talent Acquisition France and Morocco, you will be in charge of ensuring the timely and effective deployment of the talent acquisition initiatives, by designing and developing processes and procedures, and adapting them to the local reality and business needs.

You will also ensure efficient and effective execution of full cycle recruitment processes, tracking delivery results and managing the KPIs of your scope, while you drive the different Talent Acquisition strategies for your region, including employer branding, graduate programs and vendors management.

Your main responsibilities:

Design and develop the talent attraction & acquisition strategy, leveraging best practices, and ensuring alignment with the different locations.

Drive full cycle recruitment processes for salaried employees in both regions, leveraging competency based assessment tools and interviews, evaluating candidate profile matching with position requirements and company culture.

Develop and Adjust Talent Acquisition's KPIs to both Country specifics and ensure timely and efficient reporting.

Identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities in processes in both regions, and develop actions to mitigate them taking into account business priorities and strategic objectives.

Ensure TA compliance with local/European legislation and company policies.

Build partnership with business leaders and HRBPs to align expectations regarding recruitment process and develop recruitment strategies.

Your profile:

You have 3 to 4 years of full cycle recruiting experience.

Knowledge of the relevant employment markets and external players.

Excellent candidate assessment skills.

Excellent organizational, time management and prioritizing skills.

Fluent in both French and English.

Strong interpersonal skills combined with the ability to build effective relationships.
